Who is Wolfgang? I like the finish on that drum, but I don't go for the nouveau lugs. Any idea what the dimensions are?

It looks pretty cool! The dimensions are pretty boxy and cute too. I too have no idea who this chap is, but I'd like to try this baby out...
MP
The specs are 13" x 6", 4 ply Maple with 2 ply Oak on the insite.

Wolfgang Haffner is a very Tasty German drummer.
Been doing alot of work in NY etc. primarily a jazz/bigband commercial drummer, but he has chops!

Left the trippy homepage music ("Facing West") noodling along there while I ate my lunch. Groovy.
The downloads are worth a listen, IMO.

Oh, that Wolfgang Haffner!
I'm a great fan of Wolfgang Haffner. Check out his albuns with Metro, especially the two first ones ("Metro" and "Tree People"). Metro is a very good fusion group that features Chuck Loeb (guitar), Mitchel Forman (keys), Anthony Jackson (bass on "Metro") and Victor Bailey (bass on "Tree People"). I love the way Wolfgang Haffner uses his splashes and crashes (very musical and sometimes unpredictable), his very clean execution and his trademark snare sound.
I love the look of RED + BLACK + CHROME, but those nouveu lugs are really tacky
